RAI Amsterdam is one of Europe’s premier conference and exhibition venues, offering over 110,000 m² of flexible event space.
Located in the vibrant Zuidas district, it is exceptionally well connected, just 6 minutes by train from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and 10 minutes from the city centre. With its own dedicated train and metro station, plus extensive on-site parking, the venue is easily accessible for attendees from around the world.
The venue features 12 versatile halls, modern conference rooms, and signature spaces such as the Europa Hall and Elicium, making it ideal for ESPC. Plus its location surrounded by hotels, restaurants and green spaces make RAI Amsterdam a wonderful setting for ESPC international delegates to explore and enjoy.

Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is the main airport of the Netherlands and one of the largest airports in Europe. In 2018, Schiphol was one of the busiest airports in Europe with 71 million passengers.
The RAI is easily accessible from Schiphol. You are at RAI Amsterdam within 8 minutes by car or 10 minutes by train.
By Train:
From Schiphol Airport, follow the signs for Trains (located directly beneath the arrivals hall).
Buy a ticket to Amsterdam RAI (you can use the ticket machines or your contactless bank card at the gates).
Take a direct Sprinter train toward Amsterdam RAI — these run frequently throughout the day.
Journey time: around 6 minutes.
Taxi:
Follow the signs to the official taxi rank directly outside the arrivals hall. Licensed taxis are blue-plated and regulated.
Simply tell the driver “RAI Amsterdam” – they know it well and will drop you right at the main entrance.
Travel time: around 15–20 minutes, depending on traffic.
From Amsterdam Central Station you can take metro 52, the new underground connection linking the district of Amsterdam North to the Amsterdam Zuid railway station. This line provides the fastest direct connection and brings you from Amsterdam Central Station to the RAI (via the Europaplein station) within 6 minutes. You can also take tram 4 and get off at Europaplein.
From Amstel Station, you can reach us with metro 51 (get off at Amsterdam RAI station) or bus line 62 (get off at Europaplein).
Metro 50, which runs between Amsterdam Sloterdijk en Gein, also stops at the Amsterdam RAI station.
The convenient Amsterdam Travel Ticket gives you unlimited travel around the city by tram, metro and bus.
By Train:
The Amsterdam RAI railway station is located a stone’s throw from the RAI. Just a 3 minute walk from our complex, the station is easily accessible by train.

Parking at the RAI complex is easy and affordable. The RAI Amsterdam multi-storey car park is easily accessible thanks to its location next to the A10 highway, exit 9 (Amsterdam Rivierenbuurt) and has 3,200 parking spaces.

All session submissions are reviewed by the ESPC Programme Team, who select speakers and sessions based on quality, relevance, and balance. The aim is to create a diverse, engaging programme with a mix of technical and business topics, new and emerging ideas, and content for different experience levels.
Yes everybody is welcome to submit their session idea. You can submit to speak via Sessionize.
Speakers cover a broad range of topics including Microsoft 365, AI, Copilot, Power Platform, SharePoint, Security, Governance, Microsoft Teams, and real-world implementation best practices.
Both! Sessions are delivered by a mix of Microsoft experts, Microsoft MVPs, community leaders, and industry professionals.
Speakers are responsible for uploading their slides. Once the speaker has uploaded them, they are viewable by the conference attendees only.
Yes. You can speak to speakers after their sessions if they have availability. Alternatively, another great option is to visit our Ask the Experts booth in the Expo where you can ask any speakers any questions you may have.
