Microsoft Fabric offers a SQL-based data warehousing experience to complement its lakehouse capabilities. While in time this may provide a simple lift-and-shift option for our on-premises or Azure SQL Database data warehouses, the reality is we’re not quite there yet.

In this session we’ll discuss some tips and tricks for getting the most out of your Fabric Data Warehouse. We’ll cover the issues preventing that straight lift-and-shift, and talk about ways to mitigate or sidestep them. We’ll also look at some best practices for design patterns and high performance in your warehouse.
