I worked as a Microsoft 365 Platform Owner for a large enterprise with millions of customers and over 9.000 employees.

The role involved delivering Governance, Adoption, Copilot and Data Security strategies, Microsoft 365 roadmap, managing stakeholder, overseeing scrum delivery with DevOps. Last but not least, managing and inspiring the team members.

With over 15 years of experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, the role seemed easy. The reality of working in a large enterprise was more complex, challenging, frustrating than I had anticipated.
