ABOUT THE SESSION
Running a Power Platform Centre of Enablement can feel like trying to build a plane while you’re mid-flight. New features arrive weekly, demand grows faster than capacity and governance expectations never slow down. No wonder so many Centre of Enablement leads feel overwhelmed before they even start.
This session, led by MVPs and governance thought-leaders Craig White and Emma-Claire Shaw, introduces an essentialist approach to governing and managing Power Platform, inspired by the principles in Greg McKeown’s Essentialism. Instead of trying to do everything — and burning out in the process — you’ll learn how to identify what actually matters, make intentional trade-offs, and build a sustainable, focused CoE practice that works whether you’re a team of ten or a team of one.
Drawing on years of experience supporting customers and running their own Power Platform CoEs, Craig and Emma will share practical, field-tested strategies for cutting through the noise, creating an environment where makers and stakeholders get what they need — maximising value without driving everyone to burnout.
You’ll leave with a clear sense of direction, renewed confidence, and a set of repeatable routines to help you stay in control — even when the platform seems to be evolving at light speed.
