Power Automate cloud flows are the most popular type of flow in Microsoft Power Automate. In this hands-on workshop, attendees learned how to automate business processes by creating cloud flows through practical exercises.

The session began with the fundamental concepts of Power Automate before moving on to creating flows using templates. Participants then created their own flows based on real-world examples. Throughout the workshop, each flow introduced more advanced functionality, including approvals, conditions, expressions and loops. Attendees also explored how to integrate flows with Microsoft Teams and how to handle errors within cloud flows.

The workshop also covered Copilot and demonstrated how AI could be incorporated into cloud flows.
